Having represented clients before the Social Security Administration for more than twenty-five years I understand the law, the way the system works, and the types of evidence judges look for. I focus on the details important to winning disability cases. I have helped over a thousand clients obtain Social Security. These benefits have provided income and helped my clients live more comfortably. My team can help you file your application and at all stages of the process including hearings before administrative law judges, proceedings before the Social Security Appeals Council, and appeals in Federal District Court.

Although you can retain an attorney at any stage of the disability process, the best advice is to consult with and retain one as soon as possible.

By retaining us early in your case, we can help you protect the record, develop a case strategy and provide information on what to expect at each step of the appeals process. You will find this information to be very helpful, comforting and beneficial to your case. Also, this information could be critical because unfortunately, oftentimes SSA develops a case in such a way that it may be harmful to your case. We may be able to prevent this from occurring which should increase your chances of success.

We concentrate on the following legal areas:
Social Security Disability Claims Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Widow & Widower's Disability Benefits Adult Disabled Child's Benefits

Whether you have diabetes, arthritis, lung disease, degenerative disc disease, or depression or any combination of medical conditions and can no longer work, give us a call. We will provide you with a free and private consultation. Every contract is on a contingency basis, which means we do not get paid if you don’t.

Consultation is free So give me a call.
